At Vertex Healthcare, our philosophy is centered around personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each client. We believe in taking a holistic approach to healthcare that considers the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of our clients.
Our Services
We offer Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, and Nursing services to adults and older adults across Metro Melbourne. We are dedicated to offering specialized support for individuals with various disabilities including physical and psychosocial disability. We have experience working with diverse funding schemes including NDIS, Home Care Package, DVA, SWEP, and CHSP.
Our Team
Our team of clinicians including Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, and Podiatrist, apply professional skills to deliver evidence-base outcomes for all out clients. All our clinicians speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
We also have experience as an Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) Assessor, which equips us with extensive knowledge about Commonwealth funded programs, Home Care Packages, and residential care.
